The worry stones are great! I’m a therapist and it’s a great little grounding exercise to do when you’re anxious or stuck in thoughts. Keeping one in a jacket pocket or bag is great so you have a reminder to be present. Raine’s is even better because in addition to helping bring you back to the present moment, it also brings the comfort of the love from your cousin who gave it to you

24:00 mins or so Zach was talking about the "bomb picture". Samsung has a setting when taking screenshots. Press the "share" button and it auto deletes the screenshot, but sends it to the person! I use it so often, I hope Apple gets something like it!

What's the weirdest bag you've had? For my high school senior project I spent a week at a silcone artists workshop. He made "creatures". Little monsters, etc. I made a mini monster back pack he let me keep. I wore it my first few months of college until my roommate said that I was getting known around campus as the "monster bag girl".
