4 am is when Classical Indian singers practice scales etc. The cerebrum is not fully awake yet, but the cerebellum can be very awake. The cerebellum is where you store motor programs, repetitive physical tasks you can do on auto-pilot. Good for singers and hoopers. Part of Kobes game was to keep himself on a pedestal. He needed to project that Mamba mentality and it intimidated and earned respect and fear. He was a in my eyes a bigger competitor than MJ. He was deliberate and used even the smallest things as a tool. His demeanor was just part of that arsenal. I think Kobe showed his true self that last season and after he left the game. I think it was easy for Kobe to open himself up within a competitive environment cause he respected the work ethic of lebron James ect. Shaq was very playful like Lebron but he never put in the extra work to reach his fullest potential as basketball player. He relied too much on just size and strength.
