Compliments to the fantastic videography; your team is bar none. Other agents cannot compare. The builder/owner of the property did a very good job; layout of the four compound homes is very nice and use of space was well thought out. Greetings Mr. Ray. Price point is good, maybe reduce just a tad. Great job all around.

I feel that kitchen needs redesigning to make it easier for use... working zones are not well placed... eg placing fridge far away from microwave...

I agree with on the island fr me i just prefa my island clean nothing on it.atlst 12inch deep to allow high chairs and still have cabinets under.

Iam imagine if this if hard used glass rail in the stairs it would be more beautiful and for the window in the stairs I would do two way tint so that would not buy blinds
