Love it! dishwasher is definitely a selling factor alongside washer/dryer hook up that is enclosed not how it is showcased (open no enclosure) . Love the wood flooring and wish they put shower dividers in the upstairs bathroom showcased(room to DYI ) based on ones design needs. I would put barn doors on the framings that divide the living /dinning room and upstairs family room also . Would go for a country design/rustic decor theme and not have the blue lighting on the gypsum ceiling . I agree I wish they had a free standing tub next to the window; separate shower (that bathroom needs to be re-thought and reconfigured ) love the tiles though. The egg chair is awesome and need a dab of color on the walls . Balconies are really well done. Love the quiet around. The price should be negotiable
