I like the facade and front yard of the house, but not the interior, finishing or even the backyard. The house is big but feels quite claustrophobic and congested. Maybe it's the staging. I like the hacienda design though. Also, this developer doesn't seem to really care for green spaces, which is unfortunate. Smarter decisions on how the rooms married with each other as well as cutting down on the unnecessary rooms would have made the house a bit smaller but much better. Personally, it feels more like a party house than a place where I'd wanna raise a family. My opinion though. Great video as always guys.

You are right, I have similar observations. The owner tried to do and incorporate all he thought of. Attention to detail is wanting. Good from far, far from good

The cool effect is made by the cement ceiling that's what makes Kenya houses very cool and its very good when its hot and you just get into the house and feel refreshed those houses without cement ceilings tend to have a very uncomfortable hot interior especially when sleeping at night

La maison est bien mais c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus de verdure. Quant à l'intérieur, il manque cruellement d'harmonie. Les couleurs vives sur les murs ne se marient pas avec les meubles et les portes des pièces. Le gypsium ceiling, c'est trop. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y a très peu de logements avec un plafond normal. Ils ont une pièce dans laquelle ranger les choses mais on retrouve des cartons partout.

A primary bedroom with one sink?? Not good. It should have a double sink. Moreover, the bathroom is too small for a primary bedroom. Additionally, some of the bedrooms are too small.
