love the interiors but the property is quite over priced. it’s a basic build esp with the hidden roof design which is usually quite affordable. also think they should have plastered the whole exterior with that white stucco. love when you venture out of nairobi and it’s environs, there’s really interesting creative architectural designs in the wider kenya.

This is one of the most overpriced projects I have ever seen.. The finishings are extremely basic, the walls are not plastered, and the lot size is so tiny.. I would not recommend this
