The modern metropolis of London has roots that go back to Roman times when it was a small Roman outpost on the Thames River called “Londinium”. Over the centuries the city has grown immensely in size and importance, now being one of the largest economic hubs in the world. Join us on a journey as we explore an area called “The City of London”, London’s oldest district, and the site of the ancient Roman city.
