Thanks for your videos. I had a question, do you think that if you live in south west of bixby and work in Tulsa close to downtown, is it a long commute to take everyday crossing the river? I am asking because there is one way to go to Tulsa which is memorial drive. Or would you recommend living in east Bixby where you don’t have to cross that bridge?

The traffic on Memorial always been a con in my opinion. But for the right house it wouldn’t keep me from living in the area. I spend a lot of time in that area. Right now the traffic on Memorial is pretty bad because there is construction going on at Memorial and 364. That won’t be forever but during peak traffic times it’s taking about 15-20 minutes to go a mile. Normally your commute time would be twenty-thirty minutes total. To me that is doable. Does that answer your question?
