Comedy is often based on life’s absurdities. Happened to a writer on “Animaniacs.” She tossed a can into a neighbor’s trash, and the neighbor demanded she take the can out, and put it in her own trash can! So, that became the basis for a Slappy Squirrel cartoon, where Slappy keeps giving the neighbor the can, driving her more and more crazy.

Brian was born in Jerusalem and then moved with his family to London at the age of one and then later to Canada in 1966. I personally don't know how Wikipedia made that arrangement but yeah... That's why he looks Indian.

That's a south Indian accent. Pakistani accent is different due to Panjabi/Urdu/Pashto language. Bhat surname is common among Kashmiri Pandit a Hindu person from North India & POK region. So the accent does not match with the geographic location.
