Torsten Van Dullemen, is General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London, Vice President of Operations and Group Director Of Sustainability.
Mandarin Oriental's Torsten Van Dullemen is well established hotelier, and a man of many skills and many adventures within his prestigious career in luxury five star hotels globally. He has held high level positions with the Mandarin Oriental Group in Washington, Hong Kong, Manila, Chiang Mai and Bangkok as well as with Oberoi in India.
A member of MENSA, and a Dutch national, he speaks six languages, and he has a long history with the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel London as he began his career there as a management trainee, and went on to become food and beverage manager.
He then rejoined as Hotel Manager in 2004-2007 and then again as General Manager and Vice President Of Operations in 2009.
The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park boasts an award-winning spa and diverse dining choices from two-Michelin starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Japanese izakaya at
The Aubrey.
The hotel’s rooms and suites were redesigned as part of the most-extensive multi-million-pound restoration, by internationally lauded hotel designer Joyce Wang, based between Hong Kong and London.
