Not quite! And taxes here aren't bad compared to other big cities, but you can go out a little farther from here to Fayette county and get super low taxes. We have a video coming up about a neighborhood out there soon!

Its actually a suburb of Memphis called Lakeland. Its about 30 minutes out from downtown. The crime rate of lakeland is roughly half that of Tennessee as a whole according to Neighborhood scout, so its safe to say its a pretty low crime area.

Is someone after you? Are you in the streets running with street gangs? If not you should be fine, y'all be tripping me out do your own research stop listening to these people that are not from here on social media. Crime is for people involved in that life most people live just fine, are there foolish individuals? Yes, but this is about affordability and finding that sweet spot in life. Wherever there are people you will find crime. I hear the moon is available without Walmart's 😂.

Its all relative. It is on the higher end here, but In most big cities around the country $675k wouldn't get you anything close to that.
