Mr. Napoles, I’m here in South Carolina.. started as a Numeracy Assistant at my local elementary school (uncertified) and I immediately fell in love with the field. I saw one of your vlogs were you talked about your path into teaching. It inspired me to apply to the m.a.t. in elementary ed. program at my Alma Mater. I start this summer and couldn’t be more excited! I appreciate you sharing these stories with us, it’s great seeing a male teacher in the elementary level. You’re out here making a positive impact on the little ones.💪🏾

Wow! Thank you for you comment! That makes me so happy to keep doing these. I agree that we do need more males in the lower grades. Those kids need more positive male role models. Congrats on beginning the path to teaching! It’s an incredible fulfilling one!

Hi, why do you have a student desk right next to your desk and also what job does that student have if a student sit there since they are not part of any desk groups ? Also do you have student that ask if they can sit right next to you? please answer

It’s an optional seat and the student can move back to join groups. Usually they want to sit there to take a break from others. But it’s also a spot I store stuff lol like papers during teaching
