I do not like seeing women in the Church without head covering. There shouldn't be tour guides or displays inside the Church either. Do the talks outside and have the models in a separate building for that purpose. Let tourists come in by all means, but they should treat God's house with proper respect. Georgia and Armenia handle this much better with headscarves available at entrance for tourists who don't have one with them. Hopefully as the ROC continues to be strengthened and restored in the coming years these issues will be addressed.
@baklykovlive11 ай бұрын
It is now more a museum than the church. You did a bad homework before leaving this comment. Kazan Cathedral is 100% church and they ask women to cover their heads
@scottwillie638911 ай бұрын
@@baklykovlive That is blasphemy. Even it it is just 1% a church, it is still a church. Headscarves and a large sign should be placed at entrance. If authorities want it to be a museum then they should move the icons someplace else. Current arrangement is vulgar and good for no one. It displeases God and tourists alike. They are not there to see a "museum". They are there to see one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in the world!
