inside of your VZ ECU - Short on Data Lines

Whats inside of a Holden ECU with Wire-bonds this one has no wire-bond failure however does have another odd issue.

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately I live in the UK (Please don’t hold that against me 😀) Because of a personal reason, I became very interested in those pumps and subsequently became interested in ECUs and how they function. Unfortunately all the videos on KZbin on the VP pumps are in either Polish or Russian. I’m sure of got the gist of how the mosfet is replaced, but I like the way you methodically explain things. I’ve subscribed to your channel and maybe in the future you might be able to do a video on this subject. Yeah have done a few VP44 pump controllers in the past never thought it was that intresting enough to post a video though if you want to send one I to be worked on il video it sure.

I got an 05' vz sv6 190 6spd with a terrible missfire, no codes, new plugs, packs and plenum gasket and i can d/c 3 coil packs with no change in idle (ecu picks up they were d/c) scan tool shows injector pulses are the same. I'm wondering if the ecu is fubar? It sounds like it has a major mechanical failure (like a slipped chain, but no cam codes) with the belt tensioner flopping back and forth when it does manage to idle. No oil or coolant loss or mixing :/ I would need a tech2 to match the bcm and immob unless I get all donor matching ones wouldn't I? Are these alloytecs notorious for ecu faults? I'm not a fan of their mounting location lol
