I’ve attempted to comment on here 7 times now about using y’all’s Autoposher link and I guess the KZbin bots keep stopping it from coming through for whatever reason. But anyway it has changed my reselling life 💯, had paid for itself for a whole year now.

I love your guys videos!!! Can you please do an entire video on hiring VAs?!!!I’ve found that to be the hardest thing in my business and would love to be able to hear/see another successful resellers step by step guide on they did it successfully!! There’s not a whole lot of videos out there that detail their exact method to how they found and trained their VAs!!!! Would REALLY appreciate it!!

Rookie question here. I see where you were just putting the ounces of the package. When using poly mailers does the size of the poly mailer matter or is it just the weight of the poly mailer? And I love your guys‘s videos. I learn a ton.

Please consider using a lanyard for your phone when doing photos. You can just drop it and dont have to put it down. I bought the little clear plastic tabs that go inside the case, and then a lanyard that can spin. Its very helpful. Great video keep them coming. Qhick question, how is your board anchored? Whats on the bottom? Whats on the top? I have the insulation covered in fabric like yours, but mine starts at the floor and goes all the way up to the celing. I need a longer board for maxi dresses and overalls. I do a lot of those. How have you anchored it can you explain it a little more please. How did tou get it the way you have it? I need to figure that out. Ty

New to the channel love your videos! Im starting to mix in some clothes and ive got 2 quick questions sorry if they have already been covered 1. Do you promote your listings if so around what rate? 2. When do you suggest converting from a free basic account on Ebay to a Store?
@ResaleBrothers
@ResaleBrothers 11 сағат бұрын
Thank you so much for the kind words and for checking out our channel! Welcome to the community-it's awesome that you're starting to mix in clothing. No worries about the questions; we’re happy to help! Do we promote listings, and at what rate? Yes, we do promote our listings. The rate depends on the category and competition, but we generally stick to the suggested rates from eBay and adjust depending on how quickly we want to move items. For clothing, we often hover around 6-10%, but it can vary. If you’re just starting out, try experimenting with different rates to see what works best for your inventory. When to convert to an eBay Store? Switching to a store is a great step when you’re starting to list more consistently. The general rule of thumb is that if you're listing around 250+ items per month, moving to a Basic Store ($27.95/month with annual billing) can save you money on listing fees. It also gives you access to promotional tools and better organization for your inventory. As you scale further, upgrading to a higher-tier store will bring even more savings. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Best of luck with your reselling journey!

That’s so weird about your comments disappearing-KZbin can be glitchy sometimes! But wow, thank you so much for signing up using our AutoPosher code! 🙌 We’re so glad to hear it’s been a gamechanger for you. It’s awesome that it’s already paid for itself for the whole year-those sales sound like they’re rolling in! 🎉 We felt the same way when we first started using it-total gamechanger for managing inventory and keeping listings active. Thanks again for the support-it means a ton to us! Keep crushing it! 💪

@Resalebrothers 34:00 you mention not being able to filter by brand. In order to be able to filter by brand, you must select which category you are going to search in first. Clothing, shoes, & accessories->Men->Men’s Clothing->Coats, Jackets, Vests Then the brand option should appear.

There was a glitch and it wasn't showing up! Even when you filter to brand the actual brand name doesn't show up on the list of options. Or at least it wasn't working at the time of the video. Specifically for the brand true classic.

Great video. I am curious how much you spend a month in inventory? How many items were in your store when you first grossed say... 200k in yearly sales? I am really curious because I currently have 1800 items listed and average $250 in gross sales per day. I want to double my listings but I need some advise from someone like you guys who were in my spot at one point. Thanks for any info you can give us.
@ResaleBrothers
@ResaleBrothers 11 сағат бұрын
Thanks for watching and for the great questions! You’re already doing awesome with $250 in daily gross sales and 1,800 items-sounds like you’re on a solid path! How much we spend on inventory monthly: It really depends on what we’re sourcing and what kind of deals we’re finding, but on average, we spend about 15-20% of our gross sales on inventory. The key is focusing on items with good profit margins and a solid sell-through rate so your money is always working for you. How many items were in our store when we first grossed $200k/year? When we hit that point, we had around 4,000 items listed. It sounds like your store is already pretty efficient with 1,800 listings, so if you double your inventory and keep up your current sell-through rate, you’ll be well on your way. A couple tips for scaling: Listing consistently is huge-it keeps your store active and brings in steady sales. When you’re doubling your listings, make sure you’re sticking to the types of items that are already performing well for you. And just a heads-up, storage and time management can get tricky as you scale, so having a good system in place is key. You’re in a great spot already, and doubling your listings sounds like a solid plan. Keep it up, and let us know how things go!

Do you all have a lot of returns because you don't put 'Spine to Wrist' or 'Shoulder to Wrist' measurements?
@ResaleBrothers
@ResaleBrothers 11 сағат бұрын
Great question! Our return rate is right around 3% as well, so it’s pretty manageable. We don’t typically include 'Spine to Wrist' or 'Shoulder to Wrist' measurements unless the item is something where sleeve length is especially critical, like a tailored jacket or a formal shirt. For most clothing, we stick to the key measurements like chest, length, and sometimes waist or inseam for pants. Clear photos and a well-detailed description seem to minimize returns for us. If you find your return rate climbing, adding those specific measurements could be worth testing out-especially if you’re selling items where fit is more subjective.
