*Here's my pitch:* One morning Riley wakes up and her 9 emotions are at the console, she gets out of bed and saw blood stains. She gets confused while some of her emotions went haywire. Riley's mom Jill went to comfort her, and both went downstairs to have "the Talk".

Here's my idea for a potential plot. Riley returns to Minnesota to attend the University Of Minnesota on an ice hockey scholarship with a major in advocacy. She would live in a dorm with a roommate named Brianna McQueen who is a food science major. Riley does well at her first game but later on, she struggles to compete at an away game against the Wisconsin Badgers. Because of this, her coach enforces strict dietary guidelines that hurts Riley's feelings. So, Brianna takes her to the Universities hospital cafeteria because of what they serve. Brianna explains that hospital nutrition departments are trying to create tasty but nutritious meals. Riley then plays in the annual border battle game against the Wisconsin Badgers. During the game, it's unveiled that the coach is part of a group that wants to turn the world against red meat and that some of the Badgers tested positive for steroids. Because of this, Riley is able to perform well and score a goal. This would be a Cars 3-esque plot.

Maybe sadness could not be destroyed by Depression however she would be captured, but when the film is about to have a dark ending, Nostalgia would save sadness and sadness would use the core memory's and Rileys sense of self to undo what Depression has done and Depression tries to turn Nostalgia but he fails because Nostalgia is too strong to be turned and then Sadness would use Rileys sense of self and core memory's to cure Riley but it wouldn't work but that's when Joy arrives and In her hand is the original sense of self and since it's pure it is able to cure Riley and that's when All 3 sense of selfs combine (Joy's, Anixiety's and the new one) to make Riley REAL sense of self and all emotions affected by Depressions rampage would be reverted back to normal and then Hope would use the sense of self and destroy Depression and that's when we see who the true form of Depression is... There's this thing called scope creep, it's when a project just keeps having things added to it. In this sense, we legit didn't even need an anxiety emotion added, since we can see the other emotions sometimes show traits of one another. Why make an emotion character for every little tiny reaction? Also when we look back in the first movie, in the parents head you only see the main emotions, nothing more. Even in inside out 2 we see the same thing - a parent (the mother) only has the main anger, joy, fear, sadness and disgust emotion characters.

you know, I'm not against lgbtq, but looking at the numbers of movies and sequels and prequals having lgbtq characters, all died out, and ruined whatever franchise they had, and i really dont want that to happen to inside out, lgbtq just isnt main stream enough yet, if it will ever be. personaly i dont think its wise to pull that move.
