Holy heck, this is the inspiration I needed. Would you like a specific move, or a flow tutorial?

Tessa Beebe I know this is gonna sound strange but I'm kinda looking for ideas to hoop dance to some old school Florida Breaks I'm not quite ready to do a video yet but I'm almost there..anything you do is BRILLIANT..i find the way you teach very easy to follow and beneficial...please keep going there are so many new hoopers like me that appreciate you very very much😎😇💫💫💫

Where can I find hoops with actual beads inside?

How big is your hoop? I always think isolations are hard to do on a big hoop but this one looks on the larger size and your isolations look sharp!

when your ghosting hand meets the second time( right hand thumb faceing towards floor)I'm not sure how to slide my left hand over i find myself using my ghost hand to lead.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what the best piece of advice would be! I just grabbed my hoop and did the move a few times, it seems to me to switch the the "ghost hand" leading, the hoop would have to switch directions so I'm not too sure what could be happening. My advice would be to practice the move a bunch without the ghosting variation, and when the movement because muscle-memory, slowly in the ghost hand and just put it on really gently, like not even holding it. Just practice touching the hoop with your ghost hands finger-tips, so it doesn't even have the opportunity to take over. Hopefully doing that will help prevent that pesky ghost hand from taking charge. I hope this helps a bit! Good luck!
