I drove past the abandoned house every day. Spaulding Drive in Sandy Springs. My friend did some handyman work there years ago. He told me there was a bathroom with a floor to ceiling glass wall with a waterfall running down the glass and a solid gold towel bar that kept falling out of the drywall due to it's weight. Cool looking house and grounds but I know the neighbors HATE P for letting it look like crap for the past 20 years

I was a limousine driver in Atlanta and had several customers on Spaulding Dr. One of my customers lived directly across the street. They said that they threw a lot of parties there and where very noisy. They got a lot of complaints because let’s just say that it’s a traditional southern neighborhood and Diddys life style conflicted with theirs. It a close knit southern community and they make all the rules. It’s actually borderline with Dunwoody and Sandy springs but Sandy Springs is the official location for the property. I don’t think ghost had anything to do with it I just think he just didn’t have time to fool with it and moved on and by him being a New Yorker and a very busy business person this was way out of his life style.

If the house becomes a hazard to kids in the neighborhood who want to explore it, or use it as a hangout, or attracts crime, etc they can condemn it for code violations and force it to be demolished. Or it can be sold and fixed. Or it can be sold and demolished if it cost to much to fix, or it can just be left there to rot and fall down. No, nobody can just move in and fix for free and live there. He still owns it, or the bank does through a mortgage. It can also be sold if the property taxes aren't being paid on. But if nobody complains, he can just let it rot and fall down. He probably is doing that to make it a blight on the neighborhood, and this way he is getting revenge on the neighbors who complained to the police about him when he threw wild and loud parties there.
