INSIDE River Plate - Stadium Tour & Museum

When you think about football in Argentina as an outsider you’d probably come up with two names with one of them being River Plate. The club have won 37 domestic league titles while also boasting 4 Copa Libertadores trophies and an Intercontinental Title, the predecessor to the Club World Cup.

During my first week in Argentina I took a trip to the stadium and club museum. It was an interesting visit. So join me in this video as we take a look.

1980, River played in the Joan Gaspart tournament which had 4 teams in those days. Today, Barcelona just invites one team to play one game. So River took their one jersey and during one match, the other team had a similar kit, so River ended up using Barcelona's away kit from that season for that one game.

@@rociovera2519 Hola Rocío, nací en EEUU pero soy mas Argento que el mate y dulce de leche jaja, mis padres son Argentinos y viví 20 años en CABA entre los 23-44 años, ahora estoy en Barcelona jaja. River está presente en todas partes :)

"mejor" no lo és. El más grande, si. Ahi como 8 estadios más modernos en Brasil, incluso una en construcion llamada Arena MRV. Eso solo en sudamerica. Hasta México tine mejores y modernos estadios que Argentina.

Está en remodelación el estudio todavia, todas las gradas esas dónde estuviste se le van a colocar butacas, y luego se va a techar el estadio, la única zona sin butacas serán las bajas dónde va la popular, otra cosa River no es famoso por su camiseta más respeto con eso, River probablemente sea más grande q la mayoría de clubes de Europa así q por favor habla con más respeto de un club historico amigo
