It’s a great thing to give our founding fathers a platform to reminisce and tell the uncompromising history of our stories history. Kudos to Little for interviewing Haughton.

Mrs. Oatis really is a legend!! To be so small she really did pack a explosive punch. She truly is well organized and she puts her all into what she is doing.

Great interview. The Boom has such a rich history to be proud of. You can still hear that big jazz band sound in all of the arrangements til this day.

Listening to this interview make me very happy and proud about the direction of my beloved Jackson State University Sonic Boom Of The South. Dr Little had done a great job as Band Director and I think he will be just as great as Director of Bands. Looking forward to the future, and still The Undisputed Heavyweight Champion Of The World Jackson State University Sonic Boom Of The South.

I adopted the Sonic Boom of the South in the 70’s when I saw them perform at an Atlanta Falcons game. I am so pleased to hear about it’s rich history.
