Neely, what is truly missing with at all HBCUS and black communities is a Economic infrastructure and Ecosystem. The Economic infrastructure and Ecosystem will carry HBCUS, with coach prime time or without coach prime time. JSU is heading into the right direction, but there's a long way to go. HBCUS and black communities are 157 years behind in building Wealth, Equity, EMPOWERING and EMPOWERMENT. Coach Deion Sanders is fighting Economic Poverty Taxation. My organization is organizing our 1st Annual African Descendants of Enslaved Economic Summit and Movement. We will be reaching out to Coach Deion Sanders and you two brothers to be speakers at the Economic Summit.

Proverbs 2: 11 states: "Discretion will protect you, and understanding will guard you." To be discrete is not to tell all. What I find disturbing now is that it looks as if every move that the coach, the team, does someone is there to report it. When we expose everything, including the training clips, coaches comments to the team, training tapes, the casual moments in his office, etc. then we give others something to rant, take out of content, or even use to train their teams by. I think there should be boundaries as to what can be shown and what is not. That's just my take on it.

Too many individuals want a stamp that officially labels PWI's as "better" or "superior" schools compared to HBCUs. It is disappointing. I thought our Pledge of Allegiance, "Liberty and Justice for ALL," and our Declaration of Independence said, "that ALL men are created EQUAL."
