Living space and kitchen on the first floor when you open the front door is exactly how it should be. It's always awkward if not annoying to immediately go upstairs after you get into the house. That's got to be a cool view from up on the roof, especially in the summer. Ballard is definitely a nice neighborhood with good schools and tons of great bars/cafes, shops, and grocery stores.

Are detached Townhouse rare in WA? Where I live I looked at two of them and they are very rare. Doesn't this have one common wall? It's only $800k. Hahah.

Very pretty suburb, nice colourful autumn tree canopies. Cool townhouse. Whose little dog running up the stairs with you? The owners I suppose.
