They forbid farmers to sell their cucumbers if they aren't completely straight (really, a small bend is enough to make it unsellable) while at the same time claiming everything has to be eco friendly, they want bullshit taxes, customs fees are through the roof and there's a lot more overregulatiory crap like bottlecaps that can't be completely removed from the bottle (without damaging it), a ban on plastic straws and so much other nonsense.

This is why shorts are becoming so damn popular, youtube incentivizes creators to make 10 minute videos for maximum profit but it's hard to come up with content that's at least 10 minutes long every single day/week along with requiring tons of effort. It's easier to just take 30 seconds of content stretched into 30 minutes then split into multiple videos, best way to rake in ad revenue so most creators do it... Not a thing with shorts tho, now you're incentivized to make them as brief but informative as possible and it might not be as profitable as long videos but you can also double dip making shorts from full videos just pulling out all the highlights.

Tbf it makes "some" sense. Regarding the 3100mah you have to remember its running like 12v instead of the 5v most batteries you for your phone are which means the mAh rating does not compare. To compare them you'd have to get the watt hour rating between them. (Batteries are in series for voltage rather than parallel for capacity, meaning any battery the same size thats higher voltage will have less capacity)

The apple battery is roughly 36wh, for a comparison of my $150 24k mah anker 737 which battery cell is about double in size physically and achieves 86wh. I agree btw that $200 is a very "apple" price, a more fair price would probably be around $130 or so. Plus I don't even think apple is using new GaN cells which are more expensive but bring up just about every stat while bringing down size (Anker's new stuff uses GaN cells hence why they can push 150w charging both ways)

@@currycel470I think it’s actually connected in series the 3 batteries so the voltage is probabily around 12ish volts not typical 5v from a power bank it’s more efficient that way

@@currycel470For batteries we should consider the Wh rating, here we have a battery with 36Wh. that's what really matters, the Wh. You can compare batteries only if they are in the same range of voltage (ex. phones, where is a standard range) (FYI, phone batteries are ranged between 3.7-4.2V. Most flagships have a capacity of +- 13Wh), but here we have +- three times the voltage with +- four times the flow of current. So, for a battery like this with so many things going on in the headset, I would say it's pretty good.

“Replacements” you just need a spec for size or smaller. You can get smaller batteries with good or better specs. It’s just a matter of if the Vision Pro will ACCEPT the charge after replacing the stock with aftermarket. God only knows. Good luck and thanks for the great video!

Okay, Hear me out. All you would need is a custom adapter for the plug and then theoretically you could connect it to any sort external battery that uses say for instance. USB C. However, if the headset is using some kind of battery verification system then you would have to take a different approach

Don't really need special replacements, at least as long as it still technically works when you replace them. Just get generic cells with the same specs and size. Balance the new cells first to match the voltage of the old ones, then do a bypass install and replace. Then the battery chip never loses power and has no idea cells were f*cked with. In extreme edgecases, you can even do this with live gear. Just really do your homework and practice first, because its not without risk, and lithium pouch cells get hella temperamentful if you don't treat them well.
