It does make sense if you break anything else. The only repair they can do is the front glass so if you break anything else you have to pay for a new one. With Apple care, they replace it for $300. Edit: The speakers can be easily disconnected from the headset but they don’t sell replacement ones on their website or offer a speaker repair service so I’m not sure what’s going on with that.

I noticed when my roommate spent way too much money on his S22 ultra that the phone came with no case, no charger brick, and no charger wire. I pointed and laughed at him! 😂 Hmm the OnePlus phone I bought 4 years ago came with 3 cases, a high speed charger, and a cable. I still use all of those things with the phone today. I'm going to guess that 60% of the money spent on a new S22 or new iPhone goes straight to the advertising budget. It's probably more like 80%. I just don't like their commercials that much to support all those salaries involved with hyping up the next great gimmick. But some people will stand in line overnight for the pleasure of dropping 2 grand on their favorite tech industry charity.

Hey Jerry, so I’ve been doing this thing where I watch videos of people who own the Apple Vision Pro or review mainstream gadgets like it because I’m really wanting to own one myself. When I tried on the Vision Pro at my first Apple Vision Pro Walkthrough, it sold me. I have a powerful gaming PC that I’m sure you’d have much better use for, especially if you’re a gamer. I know you’re a gamer, but unfortunately, I don’t use my gaming PC much at all. I went to a Reddit forum where people sell PC parts, PCs, and camera equipment to see if anyone would be interested in buying my PC. Even if you know someone who’s in the market for a PC, it would mean the world to me if you replied to my message. I hope to use the money I make from selling this PC to buy a Vision Pro so I can watch movies, concerts, and my favorite TV shows, and experience Apple spatial computing 😊.

Makes you wonder if Apple should've skipped the outside display altogether. The answer is an objective yes by the way. There is no reason whatsoever for that exist and they'd do much better without it. An outside display on a vr headset you cannot see is one of the dumbest additions to a vr headset I've ever seen, it eats up battery, adds weight, bulk and cost and is very easy to damage.

@GerardHennemann

I really wonder why they use plastic to laminate the glass. If it’s for drop resistance then why isn’t it done on phones as well? I tend to drop those more frequently than a device attached to my head with a head strap. Don’t get me wrong in wanting this for a phone because I don’t. This lets me remember the coating issue of the Mac book pro in 2013/2014. Scratches al over the screen just by wiping it with a soft cloth.

Trust in Jesus. Believe in Jesus! Run to Jesus! + (John 14:6 > Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.) + He is the One that shed His blood for all who believe in Him! There is no remission of sin without the shedding of blood, the blood of the Lamb! + If you have defected from God then read these Scriptures: (Lost Sheep, Luke 15:1-7 - Lost Coin, 15:8-10 - Lost Son, 15:11-32 - Rich Man and Lazarus, 16:19-31) Jesus is calling you back home, read His word, believe and repent. Saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone!. The world is racing toward "AMAGEDDON" !!! And people need to get right with the Lord! If you have not read the books of (Daniel chapters 7-12), (Ezekiel chapters 37-39) (Matthew chapters 24:1-51 + 25:1-30), (1 Thessalonians chapters 1-5), (2 Thessalonians chapters1-3) and (Revelation chapters 6-19), now would be a good time. They will explain a lot about what is going on right now! These books will cover the "Wars" about to come, the catching up / the blessed hope, World judgement, hence the Tribulation and the Great Tribulation / the tome of Jacob's trouble! These books will also be the most ominous and scary for the unbelievers and the most exciting and uplifting for those who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior!... It is my hope and prayer that people would repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ before all these things take place, because it is going to be very, very scary if you do not and you decide to wait and see what happens! + All glory be to the Lord our God, Jesus Christ. Amen!

11:27 Apple Vision Pro already lets you use your wrist to control it! Pointer Control lets you use your head, wrist, or your index finger kinda like a Meta Quest controller. There are also ways to use it without hands at all, Dwell Control lets you click a button when you stare at it for a set amount of time.

@@jaimeduncan6167 wouldn't blame him haha. Though something about clicking buttons with finger guns sounds so fun people might prefer that over eye tracking.

I mean still though you have to use your eyes with two hands where ase the Quest 3 you just need a hand. So it's not that assable when it could have been all head and eyes like webVR visdeos are.
