I assume all that gold has already been sold to multiple buyers who now think they own it. The UK is refusing to return Venezuela`s gold which I think is about 20 tons. If India (and other countries) keep repatriating hundreds of tons every few months, the UK may run out of physical gold, which will probably mean the country is really minus 20 tons because they still owe Venezuela it`s gold.
