I completely appreciate the fact that Vitamix does not use "planned obsolescence". And in the smallest way they practice Constant And Neverending Improvement. (C.A.N.I.) 🌱

This was a wonderful video !!!! It was not only interesting but informative as well !!! I love my vitamix and am so happy that several years ago I was able to purchase one !!! Their repair service is unbelievable!!! I had to send in my machine for some minor issue.....can't remember what.....when I got my unit back it had a new pitcher and blade !!! It was like a new mixer !!!! The fact that Vitamix is made in America is the best thing of all !!!! They are a great company with exceptional customer service!!!!

One of the best things about Vitamix is that it's Made in America by Americans! You don't see that much anymore. A true family owned company. Oh Yea.. and their products work!!!

Just purchased my first Vitamix! It was a decision between the Latest Breville Super Q and Vitamix Ascent 3500. I decided on the Vitamix because it is made here in the U.S. This video made me feel the decision I made is the right one!

That was one of the most detail and clear behind the scenes of a company. I just purchased at Vitamix Ascent 3500, what I did not know about them (before this video) is that they are a small company. I just assumed it was another huge one. I thin companies should showcase their shop to help people decide if the high price for and item is worth it. People working at a place and getting paid normal salaries is a factor I take into the quality of the product.

You've been a promoter of Vitamix for quite awhile! I bought one after coming across your videos and am now a green juice fanatic Lol Your a great spokesperson/salesperson and one day you and your wife may be sitting at that boardroom table! Thanks for this video it was fascinating! A video of all the old models and timeline in years would be great too!😉

Excellent and fascinating presentation. I've been watching your reviews for quite a while but yet 'pulled the trigger' and purchased a Vitamix. I like your calm presentation and the background music compliments it.

Thank you so much for this video. It was incredibly interesting and informative. I just bought my first Vitamix a couple of months ago, and I can't imagine living without it now. I also love that it's made in the US and it was great to watch a video about the headquarters and the company's history. Thank you again! 😊

Loved this video, and i was wondering.. even though i have a vitamix, i always enjoy watching the demos at the fair, but this year, there wasn't one. Do you think you could do some videos making the demo stuff? (tortilla soup, mocha, nice cream, etc) I know you guys make those things, but can you do it like they do at the fair? I hope so. Thanks for all of your time. ♥ much love ♥

I would be amazed in the 70's watching what was then an infomercial, making soup, and the container had a spout!! The steam coming out of the top:) !! I have 3 now, the 3600/4000. So I have back up parts. But, being a learned soul (Dr) , with friction and heat , some of the beneficial heat labile nutrients are disabled. I think VITAMIX needs to come out with a masticating type or new type , low RPM as not to create any excess heat or minimal,,,,,,,,,,,,JUICER!!!! With the same quality . I enjoyed watching the Patriarch and his demo circa 1949! I was wondering if the kitchen sink was next to go into the machine!!! Bryan J

So taking your numbers of 100 machines repaired a day, assuming those represent 10% of the total machines needing service, and finally adding in that about 5,000,000 machines are being used globally right now. Then that means that 36500 are repaired a year, which in turn means 365000 machines need repair a year. 5,000,000 total machines divided by 365,000 machines a year, is 13.7. So on average Vitamix machines will last 13.7 years before repairs are needed. Adding to that, the first 7-10 years Vitamix will cover the repair cost under the warranty. AND the techs in the video said most repairs are simply the worn out drive socket, which is the easiest thing to replace after the container. These machines are truly built to last.
