Three room with all of them looking like match box space. One thing we forget in africa is that you need to keep the heat out so high roof spacious rooms and large windows for proper ventilation. The 3 bedroom flat is a bit fair in space but then given the minimum wage and spread of well earning middle class these houses will always be overpriced luxury even though they are bear necessity and nothing special.

This is amazing and very affordable! The finishing and details in the house are flawless! Bathrooms are well done too, but it would be nice if they have options with bathtubs. If I move back home permanently, I'll definitely check out their properties. Thanks for making this! 🤩

The houses are quite affordable I must say, but the finishing works are horrible. The edges of the bathroom have holes in them. Maybe it me, but if you're gonna be advertising your property via digital media, then put some extra work in the decor and furnishings (dining table is DEAD). Since we are not there physically, the only way to sell it is via VISUALS 🤷🏽‍♂️. In the other news, I love the lakowe golf project 👍🏽

Yes. The shower room should not be left open to splash water all over the toilet and sink. Messy. That is why they should give people options to finish their own bathrooms and kitchen.

Love your videos as usual. The design is a lot better than what I’ve seen when checking out these kinds of house tour videos of Lagos flats. One thing I.cannot.stand about Nigerian houses is the finishing. Like, what’s that’s gap between the floor and the door? Why is the grout looking weird? Why not tile all the way to the top of the bathroom? I can move into somewhere like this BUT I’ll have to get someone in to finish it better.

For those who cannot afford a house with this price point, my advice is: Start with what you have. For a lot of people, that means: Start your real estate investment journey TODAY by buying a low priced land. That low priced land you bought today, can grow to 10 times the amount you invested in as little as 10 years from today.

@3:43, that's me right there (except with a foot-long beard game as a KING in my RIGHT LOL) as I always DON my hard hat in pride... I'm a one-man army/CREW (doing what a crew of a baker's dozen men or 13 men are required to do, but all by myself from electrical to plumbing, flooring, installations, complete kitchen/bath renovations, custom carpenter, metal work, concrete/pavement/driveway, framing, drywall & plaster, some roofing, and much more...)... I can't wait to EXODUS back to Naija and BUILD, BUILD, and BUILD. My renovations are going viral/famous over here in the states, so I know that they wouldn't be any less in Naija. I wish I could attach some before and after photos so that you can be the judge. I am excited to EXODUS to Naija because there are endless reliable/affordable workers/helpers over there, unlike here in the states whereby everything is ran by Big Boy Contractor Companies/Governmental restrictions at every corner you turn... I can't wait to join the Mr. Africa efforts/movement so that we can place Naija on the MAP as #1 tourism attraction... 👷 😷 😉 👌.

Thanks for sharing these affordable houses in Lagos, they look nice but I wonder what will happen when it’s rainy season. There is a lot of beach sand around them.

Tayo I honestly like what your doing, but what I don't understand why the houses are so tiny,.. we complain about the sizes of houses in the UK, I personally tell people about about our big homes in Nigeria looking at this properties they are nothing to write home about.

Not affordable for most. Also why does the surrounding look like desert in Lagos of all places. The developers should learn the language of landscaping. Nigerians are well travelled. A home is not just the walls and toilet etc.

Yes. Reasonably priced but Shower rooms left open to splash dirty water on the toilet and sinks. Shower should be enclosed or in a separate room. They should let some buyers finished their own bathrooms and kitchen by themselves. If I buy that,I will have to redo the whole bathrooms inside the apartment

Nice apartments....but they should do more landscaping to beautify the environment. ....Victoria Garden City Lekki is a typical example of what landscaping does to an estate. It adds that extra touch and is eco friendly too

Niger Delta Mirror TV as you can see in the video, this is still under construction.... this company is no joke when it comes to beautiful landscaping. You need to visit their other estates

I just checked the Nigerian GDP per capital, the average Nigerian earns less than a dollar a day, this can barely be classified as affordable to Nigerians, this is still for rich people by Nigerian standards if any such thing exist. Nice content as always.
