As the video says, Val Orlikow was gaslighted into believing that this torture was treatment and if she wanted to get better, she should stop resisting. Val's husband did not realise what really happened to his wife until he read an article in the Scientific American and, by that time, Ewen Cameron was already dead and the Canadian Government's involvement in this was unknown. The Orlikows, along with eight other plaintiffs sued the CIA and won. Val died when her granddaughter, artist Sarah Anne Johnson was 13 years old. Johnson's grandfather fought for the other victims until his last breath. According to this, Sarah Anne Johnson continued her grandfather's fight both for information and for justice. The story played out in the news and in Parliament when I was younger. David Orlikow was a local MP.

My grandma worked for the CIA back during the 60’s-70’s and I think some of the 80’s. I thought that she worked for k mart but turns out she would walk in, then leave through the back where someone was waiting to pick her up. I believe she was the secretary or assistant to one of the big guys who oversaw everything and conducted most of the programs. I have no idea what secret files came across her desk or how much she knows but I’ve never really asked. On a side note I’m pretty sure she met Reagan and I know for fact that she was going to meet Kennedy in Dallas shortly after the parade, but of course there wasn’t much left to meet.

Shock treatment is a rather nasty treatment which tended to work yet they where unsure how or why and it was a treatment which was used medically yet was also used as a punishment to some disruptive patient’s. It induces a mild to moderate currents of electricity directly to the brain via the temples on either side of ones head. The shock received by the subject disrupts the electro currents of the brain which scramble them and this induced a seizure in which the patient experiences a grand mall or full body seizure in which their body’s convulse and it causes total psychological disruption and then exhaustion in which the subject becomes unconscious for a period and awakens with less symptoms then they suffered before. I most cases it was used on people with uncontrollable violent tendencies or patient’s who suffered severe psychological depression. The shock treatment was temporary and had to be repeated for it to keep working. It was thought that the shock rewired the brain returning it back to its natural order yet they later found out that mental disorders are more chemical in nature and not caused by electrical functions. They have found that the brain is not reliant on electricity or brain cells as much as neurones and neurotransmitters which are chemicals in the brain which allow the sending of information and communications with the body and brain itself. For neurones to communicate the need chemicals call neurotransmitters to allow them to pass through a gap called the synapsis, this is a pathway or channel within the body which is like your nervous system or circular system and one neurone travels this gap from the synaptic nerve terminal to the receptor via the synapsis, this channel or pathway is what allows neurones to communicate with the body and brain. These also effects the brains functions and the way each nerve cell interacts. You seen the brain has billions of nerve cells but they do not touch each other so neurotransmitters are required to pass the signal from one brain cells to the next and a disruption of neurotransmitters can cause problems like drug addiction and depression as well as unstable mental health. Shock treatment was later discontinued for the most part due to this new finding making this treatment no longer valid or useful. Also people who suffered suicidal tendencies, especially when related to death by drowning where treated by literary being drowned. The person would be held under water until then almost faced death then released from the water. A nasty treatment which was astonishing said to have work effectively yet was not efficient in that it required to be repeated to the patient which was risky due to the fact that if the person inhaled at any point aspiration would be a result and death was in most cases certain. So two rather unpleasant treatments for mental illness once said to work quite well.

Back in the 1980's a routine treatment for schizophrenia in the UK involved electric shock therapy, also known as electroconvulsive therapy, and/or putting the patient into a coma by injecting them with large amounts of insulin. It was supposed to rewrite and improve their personality. Results were patchy to say the least. Some patients were like empty shells of their former selves afterwards, and even the luckier ones showed little improvement. Maybe the CIA's techniques were the inspiration? But it seems crazy that they would keep using a method which rarely did any good.

ECT never stopped but it's far more humane now, not that it could have gotten much worse when it was started, but it involves far less shock, and the person is under anesthesia. Also a vast majority of people get immediate benefits compared to about 65ish% of medication ECT has about 20 percent better results and faster with arguably less side effects.

This kind of torture is still going on today, the people that call themselves targeted individuals are being attacked by the CIA, microwave weaponry, voice to head technology all this is being used to hurt them, they especially use these techniques on convicts in jails and prisons, if the prisoner speaks out about what is being done to them, most of the population thinks that's good for them because you shouldn't be a criminal, but what is being done to them is a crime against humanity, so what he's talking about hasn't stopped it's just hidden better.

Lsd may of been tested in the 1950s. However I believe the government had purposely taken it a step further both in America and Canada up until the late 1980s utilizing it even within top athletes of the time. The only major athlete I recall with a group of his own students and other championship fighters such as David diaz was bill Wallace during one of his evening private parties at his residence. As a result many of the private party was not only on a "bad trip" but a "bad trip" that lasted on average 4 to 5 days that ultimately resulted in some being hospitalized and others recovered at their primary residence. LSD was the known confirmed drug mixed in with other narcotics unknowingly issued to many which was scary at the time for many. I known of others who recieved death threats back then if police recieved reports are the time. I believe that this occurred between 1989 and 1980 and familiar with the approx area of bill Wallace's home and many of those who were invited throughout the state and others from around the country who flown in for this party.

Charles Mason was apparently experimented on as part of MK Ultra when he was in prison. Then weirdly he was able to influence other people to do what HE wanted. Who knows who was controlling him? His patrol hearings were very telling. He'd be making sense and alluding to it then suddenly he'd snap into his bizarre, ranting, crazy persona. I think there's a good chance he was. A guy went on Joe Rogans podcast talking about it. It was fascinating. He talked about a soldier who had killed a little girl near his base and couldn't remember doing it, I can't remember the details but he had been under the care of a doctor who was well into MK Ultra and it was totally out of character. Oh just seen Manson is mentioned in this video.

The great jazz pianist Bud Powell was subjected to electric shock treatment in a New York hospital around 1949. A musician comrade said he was never the same after the shock treatment. So be careful if you have problems. Find alternative treatment or maybe a church program.
