I remember this app. I had gotten a Nook to read the digital-exclusive books that hadn't been printed at the time, and I had downloaded the app onto it. I can vouch that it was almost never updated. I know because I checked in often so I could continue updating my bookshelf in-app. I should still have it on the Nook, actually. I don't believe I ever uninstalled it.

@@aeluromancy2126 I agree, don’t get me wrong the new art isn’t bad per se but it’s what I call “too modern” because everyone is making animals look too realistic in media. Warriors is a fantasy series, that stylized art made them stand out. I guess it’s fitting for the art to match the quality of the writing nowadays. Which is really sad ;(

I had this app on my tablet years ago! I actually hadn't even read the first book yet back then, I'd just discovered that Warriors existed and was looking for ways to read the books without paying for them (I was 13, don't judge me xD). I found the app and was happy to read the first five chapters there, and on my next birthday either my parents or my grandpa (I forgot which) gave me the first two books (in Dutch :/ I'm from the Netherlands, but I was already fluent in English at the time and actually preferred to read in English). I remember reading all the clan profiles and looking at the timeline. Idk why I didn't do more, but I definitely did enjoy myself on the app :D

I actually had an iPad mini when I got into Warriors in 2014/15, and more and more the UI was shown, it feels familiar but also like I never had it. Sadly, even though my current iPad has the almost 10 year old data of that first one due to Apple's feature of loading an old device's data onto a new one, it seems that if I did have it, at some point it was deleted clean off the device, so I'll never know. I'm always a sucker for ways that writers can include little bits of trivia that would feel clunky if written into books, though.
