Headcannon: Daddy Pig is not obese, he's a bodybuilder and is skilled at several sports, but due to the laws of the PPCU (Peppa Pig Cinematic Universe), he gains the rounded huge body that every other adult male has, therefore causing him to look obese. I mean, the guy can swim underwater (and the pool is really deep if you look closer at it), run at a constant pace away from a bee without stopping, and sprints on a running track.
