Since I'm Korean, I can bash my own people. There are some really cute girls. Heavy makeup doesn't really enhance Koreans looks though. The real downfall is...their bodies. Impossible to avoid the topic: we don't have bodies suited for pageants.

This is so toxic. I just literally finished watching a show on this channel of young people who die alone in their 20s and 30s. Koreans, you dont need eyelid surgeries, nose surgeries and lip injections! Be proud of your natural beauty you are born with. What is the end point when everyone starts to look the same? If we started accepting people (especially women) natural appearances we could start to normalize what it means to be Korean again.

There's no US national law for backseat passengers over 16, it's state-by-state. I think a lot of states also made it illegal extremely recently, like New York just changed their laws in 2020ish. This was shot a decade ago so maybe it's changed? I heard the driver's test in SK also recently got much more stringent.

In all fairness, every spray tanned white girl looks identical in those Southern beauty pageants as well. Sure cosmetic surgery rates are unbelievably high but in such a racially homogenous country it checks out that beauty standards were so narrow back then.
