Villa N by GHA - Giordano Hadamik Architects - Liguria
Villa N is a single-family villa of approximately 250 square meters located on the hills overlooking the Gulf of Imperia. The modern residence plays with the anthropic landscape of the Ligurian terraces, becoming part of it, the natural stone facades have large openings towards the valley and the sea.
The Giordano Hadamik Architects studio wanted to create a project surrounded by greenery far from the city. The connection with nature and solar exposure were the key elements for the design and layout of the spaces as well as highlighting and framing the views of the sea and the valley. The green roof contributes to continuity with the landscape and minimizes not only the volumetric part, but also the environmental part of the building.
The interior is defined by a timeless simple design that combines high quality materials and details such as wood and natural stone, industrial concrete floors and lime plaster walls. The fixed furniture in oak wood was entirely designed by the GHA studio as well as the dining room table, the island stools, the beds and the coffee tables in the bedroom.
The highly insulated semi-underground envelope, the control of passive solar input together with the use of renewable energy, without the use of fossil fuels, significantly reduces energy consumption, increasing living comfort and bringing the building to passive house levels

Complimenti, casa davvero spettacolare soprattutto per come si inserisce nell’ambiente e per come interagisce con esso. Le vetrate a tutta altezza sono splendide e sembra incornicino il panorama, consentendo al contempo alla natura di entrare nell’abitazione. Per me un po’ troppo impersonale, non si vede nessun elemento di arredo “della famiglia” e peccato per la mancanza di finestre nei bagni, ma penso che sia soltanto una mia remora mentale e non un difetto. Ancora complimenti

La qualità di questa architettura è eccellente a tutti i lovelli, nulla è stato lasciato al caso, tanto nell’impostazione insediativa e paesaggistica quanto nei dettagli. Un esempio di come l’architettura deve farsi sostenitrice dei principali temi ambientali. Complimenti ai progettisti ed ai committenti che hanno condiviso e riposto fiducia nelle scelte degli architetti. Con realizzazioni come questa la professione di architetto riacquista senso e “sostenibilità”.
