It’s really nice! That light-colored wood really helps bounce the natural light around and brighten up the space. It’s roomy without feeling cavernous. My one and ONLY negative is that Dumbo can get very loud with the trains and traffic. If you’re going to live there, you need to be sure that your space is as soundproofed as possible.

These windows are Custom 8’8’’ tall Alumil windows, laminated, insulated, and sound attenuated with triple or quadruple glazed glass! You can hear a pin drop inside these residences.

Many years ago I used to own and live in a penthouse studio in BH -nothing of this caliber of course hehe. But I will say a really awesome place to live. Even after moving to suburbia LI, I still miss it -but now that I'm single again anything's possible

OMG - Corian - I've long forgotten this material! However, in the age of Italian marble and expensive minerals, Corian is just a CHEAP choice and for me, it's a deal breaker! The Bosch stuff is another deal breaker - for the price of this place, the default should be at least Miele, if not Wolf/Subzero!

0:37 Look at those leaking trails on top of the wall. in the next couple of years this will be so large it would be impossible not to notice big dirty walls from mile away. This means that drainage system is not well design and that means only one thing, you will have problems with mold in couple of years.
