Thanks for your comment! In Dubai, most of the projects have covered parking that come with your apartment. The amount of parking slots depends on the size of your apartment (1/2/3 bedroom, etc). You don't need to pay any additional fees for the parking. The project Gems Estate by Damac is not an exceptions. For now, there are only big villas available (6/7 bedrooms) , with minimum 5 parking slots.

yes ! money should work and buying property in Dubai is a good way to earn or properly mothball money because you don't pay taxes, only 4 DLD. This is much more profitable than investing in real estate in other countries where taxes are much higher. Plus, the capitalization of real estate every year reaches 15%
