pressure from safety valve is recommended that can outstand to required temperature in the boiler tank.

Great video...surprised to see no comments. Is there any place to see the insides of a Rocket Cellini Evoluzione V1?

No heat exchange feed from the steam to brew boiler?
@Wholelattelovepage10 жыл бұрын
Ryan Madrid Hi Ryan, You get bonus points for knowing espresso machine internals. You must be familiar with machines like the Expobar Brewtus which does have a heat exchanger in the steam boiler feeding the brew boiler. Very stable brew temps with that setup.

What's the best way to carry this thing? Im renovating and had to move it, grabbing it by the bottom rear and bottom of drip tray and i am convinced that I've bent the part where the drip tray frame connects with the main part
@Wholelattelovepage7 жыл бұрын
Hi k, Thanks for the question. Some machines are better than others at how the drip tray frame is attached. One does need to be careful with some Rocket machines as the drip tray frames are often spot welded to the main frame component. Other machines have a continuous frame from drip tray to back. Those can be moved without risk of bending the tray frame. On your machine I'd grab the back end and the brew group or under the sides of the main frame.

Great, thanks for replying. Could you check on one if the frame is perfectly straight from the rear all the way through to the front. Mine seems to run straight up until that drip tray weld where it bends upwards. Feet still sit flat though. Thanks and happy halloween!

Hello me again, the chrome plating is wearing away on the underside of portafilter lugs. Is this normal?

I would like to run it at 4 PSI number 2 I would like to see all the coffee completely dissolved even if it's all being what temperature should I be at that Kurt

My steam manometer gauge stays at 0.5 bar when cooled down. Why is that?
@Wholelattelovepage7 жыл бұрын
Hi BD, Could be the gauge is stuck in that position for some reason. Does it operate normally otherwise?
@paviaaPS37 жыл бұрын
Whole Latte Love I Think it operates normally, it goes up to 1.1 bar when hot. The only thing I dont get, is why my espresso shots are kind of cold and not even close to 95 deg celcius

Hi KF, Can you clarify what you are referring to?

Hi KF, Not sure we understand "4 PSI number 2". Typical espresso extractions are at a pressure of 9bar which is about 130PSI. Brew temps of 195-205F (90.5 - 96C). Espresso machines are not really designed or meant to dissolve all the coffee grounds if that is what you are looking to do. Grind would have to be so fine that it would choke the filter basket. Are you are looking to make a Turkish style coffee?

Why the hell does it need a PID control?
@Wholelattelovepage5 жыл бұрын
Hi Janos, PID (proportional-integral-derivative controller) provides very accurate temperatures critical to high-end espresso extraction. Prior to PID and common in current non-PID espresso machines pressurestats are often used to control boiler temps. Pressurestats have much larger in boiler temperature swings than PID. Marc

liquify all the beans in the cup

That's not really possible in an espresso machine.
