I'm a real estate agent and I must say this house is a Beautiful home. The wooden floor is a plus- it add warmth - tiles makes a house cold. A feature that you did not mention, The switches were inside the room unlike the Kenyan style of putting switches just b4 you enter a room. However I'd prefer sockets to be just above the skirting to avoid open hanging wires. Otherwise I love your detailed tour. Kudos

I would rather have a single sink that is now trending which is the size of a double sink ..... like a 'farmhouse sink' that comes with a rack. The rack is placed halfway on the sink so that anything washed, excess water can easily drain. And also you have extra granite space 😀

Did not like the bedroom sizes…for such a big house… the bedrooms are small. The two other beds should have been the size of the master and the master should have been twice what it is… it is a 50 M house, after all!
