I feel like this house is perfect. Everything about it from top to bottom I love. My only issue is that o can see the neighbors. I feel like for thag price point, I should only to seeing my neighbours from afar. Maybe the price of land in this location is the issue but I definitely believe this house deserves a bigger plot Otherwise, amazing presentation. The attention to detail is spot on. @11:20. The only thing i'd change is the metal partition on the staircase. I'd would use the wooded type in the homes across, that you have featured in another video. Also the thing hanging over the kitchen Island, can hit someones head if they are sitting at the Island. It's also a barrier for conversation between people sitting at the Island. Otherwise this is my favorite contemporary home in Nairobi of this caliber.

I agree with comment that for this price you should not be able to see your neighbors. But as always the architecture and your presentation are great. I was talking to a architect/ philosopher and he told me how architecture is a reflection of where a society is heading. I love to architecture in and throughout Africa especially the new high-rise buildings in Nairobi and Dar es Salem, quite artistic. In the US everything in dull, drab and boring. Tells you kind of where the different societies are heading

Can you find out if you are allowed to install an electric gate at the front of your driveway so that any car or cars parked outside in the driveway at night can't be broken into? Second, the garage looks a little small-are you sure you get can 2 full sized vehicles inside the garage without dinging the 2nd car when getting out of the car you're in or without banging your door against the wall when getting out of the first car?
