WOW, I'm surprised I really liked the 2nd apartment quite a bit - although worried about the place for the refrigerator. Love all of the windows. Would have to do something more stair-like to reach the loft as the ladder wouldn't work for me. Nice, small space! Marc - from Georgia USA

Lets see if any of these fit my life and budget. . #1 I like the fact that I can store my shoes under the steps. I can use that small cupboard for spices. The tatami space would be my bed area. And the upper loft spot my computer spot. The shelves along the stairs would be for books. Bad thing there isn't that one latch with the stop. . #2 Good thing most areas have windows. Cons: It is showing it's age. Several plastic items are yellowed with that age. Also, it is a gas stove. Stucco can be used to hide many defects in the building for the outside. Circuit box needs to be upgraded. Tension bars indicate structure needs work. This one is a serious pass.
