I think the title of this video is distracting some people from the intended message, which is to humanize and normalize this unique culture. Everyone who has watched by content for a long time knows I am a traditional culture preservationist. The word "primitive" only refers to their technological level and is not intended in a derogatory sense. I will test new titles in a couple of weeks.

Calling them "primitive" is horrible. It's odd that you don't understand that, but I guess we can chalk it up to the classic Negropean self loathing mindset. Words do matter when you are communicating an idea.

They are not primitive at all. They have their social organizations, culture, traditional education, and their indigenous religion. @@diegoflores9237 it was forced upon them from its beginning, They didn't always eat humans just like the Carib's in Dominica. Oppression and starvation surely makes a wise man mad let alone a people that felt they had no choice in order to survive. Before too long they become a custom to it as the norm and then they praise their God as a ritual in some cultures

That is why I am annoyed with this man. They think Eu values are the only norm, who said so? It is like the Masai of Kenya, if we are not careful even their government is not doing anything to protect their culture. They are the main tuorist attraction in Kenya but people from Europe have gone in and are quietly changing these people's cultures in exchange for drilling water. They built so called schools which undermind the culture of the people and dressed the kids in Western clothes. Soon you hear they have started to introduce gay marriage among that group. Why can't they mind their own business?

I was once engaged to a man from the Luo tribe. When I introduced him to my parents, my father asked him if he was expecting a dowry or something like that, and Odhiambo responded, that it is usually 12 cows, but in Greci's case, it is reduced to 9. My father asked what? And Odhiambo tells him, 'She misbehaves." This story is true, by the way. I never married the man, because with time We both realized the differences between us were too great, so marrying would simply not work. But, Odhiambo was a very good person. And for a long time after we broke up, I really missed him. Good people, he was!

Judging by the name, Fungo must be a Mugisu. The Bagisu practice circumcision as a tradition, can you claim they are primitive?. It is something that they have done for hundreds of years. What will the student of Sociology or Social Anthropology tell this gentleman what culture means.

How is it no one has ever said that the Amish are primitive since they do mot use electricity, motor vehicules, stop school at 12th grade and never go to college. This is described as their culture, but for Africans they are deemed Primitive. The narrator betrays his primitive understanding of his own false cultural superiority. Have these tribes not survived into the 21st century without the destructive vices of modernity that cause developed countries to manufacture death for profit.
