I am very glad that when I first joined the Navy and before switching to the Army, that I was able to score pretty high on the ASVAB. Per the Army, having a GT score of 133 helped get in as a 52E (prime power production specialist). Was offered NUC field in the Navy but, chose sonar technician. I met tankers and CDAT’s and they were all getting out of Armor! Screw this and the many, many, many hours at the f*cking wash rack! 🫡
