I've been in those models as there's about a dozen in that cul-de-sac. They are beautiful. Those prices however are still outrageous as there's a CDD and association dues on top of the MASSIVE property tax and insurance bills. Keep in mind the median income for Tampa Bay is $60K. Looking forward to the upcoming housing crash.

It’s so hard finding a home now a days! I like new homes but some have amazing kitchens but the rooms are horrid. Others have great rooms but mediocre kitchens. Some have really nice yards! Others have no yard at all! I just can’t seem to find anything I like 😢

Do you think new construction prices in Fort Myers will be coming down. Homes are still so overpriced here. I honestly don't get it either. Fort Myers is a sleepy old town with nothing to do. No jobs to sustain the 2023 era home prices and also rent prices that have been driven up as well.
