Camp Randall is special even when the Badgers aren’t playing. Spent two days on the field covering the WIAA State Football Championships even only 1/8 to 1/4 full that place is insanely loud.

The lakes are awesome, the capitol is sick, the tailgating and food is incredible (the camp does have curds and a brat stuffed with curds that is nuts). Jump Around experience in the Upper Deck is an entirely different experience. I've seen people get motion sickness up there, as the upper deck sways from everyone jumping around. The Stadium food at Camp Randall is a massive let down - it's largely garbage. The food in Madison and around campus (State Street, etc) is fantastic. Football. Basketball. Hockey. and... Volleyball. Wisconsin is a 'college sports' town. Wisconsin's Women's VB game experience is phenomenal.
