I am a newly retired builder just south of San Francisco, my 4th back operation failed and I am done and can’t build or travel. It was always my dream to go to Kenya and now it will never happen. But I love your videos. The houses are beautiful, great Architecture, Beautiful Interior Design, Beautiful Staging, the flair is something lacking here in Silicon Valley. The production and presentation was meticulous. Great job guys. I love the interior of the apartment but Tatu City developer should also pay more attention on the external finishing so as to give an overall clean finish that's worth Ksh. 19,000,000.

Those apartments they are amazing plus the location is everything I would ask for away from city. Though those balconies are quite small for 19M. Also on the 3% or 1.5% also don't agree with it its too soon and not well planned for. I believe there is still time. They could have first stabilized the economy, then 2 yrs from now re introduce the housing plan.
