I'm 47 and have been in the gym since April because I got out of shape by my standards. My wife is 46, size 4/5 but still wants to workout with me. People ask me why, it's because I have standards for myself as these guys do. Though we both pass for younger, she doesn't want to look like a lot of women her age physically nor do I want a "dad" bod plus set an example for our sons!
