I'm so happy they bring a mental health awareness here. So happy to see more and more men getting a therapist nowadays since it used to be a "taboo" for men to talk about mental health or going to therapy. I am so happy they teaching young boys to be more open to their feelings

I appreciate you both for being open and honest about mental health. It does feel like you're the only one going through it, and it's difficult to open up to others about what you're going through....It's like walking through the Swamp of Sadness from the Neverending Story or having a Dementor remove all your happiness and you're consumed by the darkness for days or weeks. It's awful....I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Talking to therapists has really helped me, along with friends and family. It's still difficult to go through, and you never know when it will strike again. Love and hugs to all that suffer from depression and anxiety. ❤

I’ve felt numb for a really long time and watching this was the first time I’ve cried in a long time because for the first time I feel like I’m being properly understood by someone and it’s so good to hear it from someone who you look up to because it makes me feel like it’s okay to feel numb and depressed

This was one of my favorites. These guys are so wholesome and genuine. Also appreciate and enjoy when Michael lets someone just speak and get out their story or their belief without interrupting. So many times, interviewers ask a question and then cut them off multiple times before they can finish the answer in an attempt to relate to them. I appreciated him letting Oliver speak on his depression and really just listening without interjecting. Kudos.

Thanking for the awesome talk with the guys Michael! It's always nice to see each of them supporting one another, whether it's mental health or doing travel shows together. Yep, I'm right there with Oliver. I've had therapy on and off for a couple of years now. I do have the occasional "I'm not in the mood" type of day. But at the moment, I'm happy because I found a part time job (three days a week) doing retail as a cashier (which I've done before). It wasn't my first choice, but they were the only person (out of like 5 interviews) that called me back. It's been wonderful. All the people I work with are very kind to me. Yeah you don't know what someone else is going through. Oliver, James, keep being you. I hear from fans that you're the nicest person they've ever met. I hope to meet you one day. Come back to the States soon!! ♥ 🤗
