Well done for having the patience to learn the myriad of diabolical interfaces that is MS Teams. It seems to me that every form is designed by a different MS employee with zero reference to a common UX.

Yeah... Pretty much every program out there gives you a number of different ways to get things done. It's like they're trying to make everyone happy, no matter how they like to work.
