These girls make their money off of women who feel insecure and don't know anything about real science and biology by making their mumbo jumbo sound legit and too complicated to understand. Estheticians can never EVER help your skin. It is purely hopes and illusions, not results. If you ever want true results, please see a MEDICAL esthetician who uses laser treatments and needles. A massage and cream isn't going to get rid of your acne.

Hyaluronic Acid plumps your skin, so of course, her skin would look plumper after the treatment. Just do a skincare routine with products you trust, you never tried the products these facial treatments uses, so if you're sensitive or acne-prone, you're gonna have a bad time if it breaks you out instead

Tbh, the side of the face where the lymphatic drainage was done looks a bit older than the other side. Also, it seems that the power washing is just another fancy way of applying ingredients which were already established as good for the skin. Since the chemicals used in the process is the same as others, the comparison would be more convincing if they compared half of the face where the acids and serums were applied the usual way vs the side where the power washing was done.

I wouldn't be surprised if the pressure is variable. I would hope they account for the thinness and elasticity of people skin. I think it also matters whether or not there are tears that are able to allow that air in. I used to do some machining in high school and we'd use a high pressure air hose to clean bits of metal and wood away from the drill bit. We were warned not to aim it at ourselves because it could damage our face and cause cuts to fill with air. I don't know what was serious and what was just the instructors messing with us, but this is probably something that people have addressed somewhere on the web.
