Greetings from France. Very nice, as always. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Just a question about the exposure setting: could the histogram help a little bit? You don’t use it apparently.
@InsideRealEstatePhotography3 ай бұрын
@@villamimosa I don’t find the histogram helpful for exposing video shots. If you go by that your interior shots will be dark most likely. Have to just trust your eyes.

I'm perusing this, thanks for the instruction and tips. If you can have 1 lens with a ZV-E10, is the tamron 11-20mm a good option for real estate videography?

Mike - thanks and helpful content as always. You didn't really explain much about the choice for 120fps vs 60fps or 30. I can see in the nice finished vid you are relying on slomo a lot but are those a full 4x slomo or are you typically having to speed up 120fps a bit on a 30fps timeline?

I did some shoots where Tv is required to be kept ON as its a part of an Audio Visual Solution the company offers. Without additional lights I did the shoots and the either the Room looks under exposed or if I boost the ISO or lower the aperture to include more light then the room looks well lit.... But the TV content is blown out with bright hues appearing at the edge of the TV. Any solution to shoot at such situations?

Great video! Question, since you have to change exposure, white balance, etc per room, how do you manage when editing to keep like the same colors in all rooms? Cause even though you are manually changing settings at the end the results of colors are different based on each room. Thanks for replying!
@InsideRealEstatePhotography10 ай бұрын
Thanks! The reason for changing those settings from room to room is to try to keep things more consistent. The lighting scenario in each room can be very different. The rest of of the corrections are done in post making any further corrections for a consistent look.

@@InsideRealEstatePhotography Hi again! Question, I'm practicing in my apartment shooting some videos, but right now I'm testing my camera in a dark room without turning the lights on to understand the camera and settings. In these cases when a dark is dark which are the best camera settings? I have the Sony a6700 and currently I'm testing at f 2.8 and base ISO at 800, but I'm having trouble with white balance and I'm getting noise still. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!!!

I’m a photographer but haven’t started filming yet. One thing I don’t understand is how things stay in focus when you’re in manual focus but moving closer to the subject!? Thanks
@InsideRealEstatePhotography Жыл бұрын
Wide angle lenses by nature hold focus over a pretty wide range. As long as the focus isn’t set too close or too far then most of the area will remain in focus.

You definitely don’t want to be seen in the video so I would try to shoot it at an angle that I’m not seen but if that’s not possible then scrap that shot altogether.

Hello ❤ my client wanted interior photo and video and the rooms have no furniture but fixtures lights and wall panels they asked me to insert furnitures in post that can be done in images but can that be done in video. I will also be renting a lens for interior photography please suggest a lens i have 5D markiii give me 2-3 option of lenses so that it is available to rent canon lens
@InsideRealEstatePhotography Жыл бұрын
Hi, adding furniture into a video isn’t really possible (at least not within a reasonable budget). I don’t shoot canon but I would recommend one of the 16-35mm lenses (the L series canon lenses are usually the top choice/quality).
