Former Starbucks barista - the reason that there isn’t a full cup of coffee in the hot cups is because we often leave a bit of room for cream and we’re also taught to not fill it to the very top because it is very hot & it can come out of the lid opening and scald you. Also a lot of the drinks are probably gross as they’ve been sitting for hours and have separated / melted.

Bigger cup size for more space to actually fit 20oz maybe?? 🤷‍♀️ We customer don't know the whole story and don't wanna know the whole story just give us what you claimed which is 20oz...just give us 20oz lol 🤣 Anyways its not your fault you're just doing as you were told to do but please don't defend hahahha

I used to work in a UK Starbucks. Everything is very sugary except the basics - filter coffee, americano, latte, cappuccino, regular teas... But anything with syrups in (which is any flavoured drink) or even worse, Frappuccinos....oooo the sugar. They even put sugar in the cream. I mean I worked there and still love the drinks and food but you gotta treat a lot of those drinks as a dessert. I mean Frappuccino’s are basically drinkable ice cream.

Before Starbucks acquired Teavana, I used to LOVE going to their store to buy their youthberry tea 🫖 I believe they now sell at stores in a small cup with some tea bags inside. Caffeine free and a fruity taste 😊

I've never tried Starbucks coffee, but I have had a caramel Frappuccino from the Hava Java of my college. I think it's really tasty. The pastries from both countries look pretty good. But I didn't know scones were pronounced differently.
