Former Starbucks barista - the reason that there isn’t a full cup of coffee in the hot cups is because we often leave a bit of room for cream and we’re also taught to not fill it to the very top because it is very hot & it can come out of the lid opening and scald you. Also a lot of the drinks are probably gross as they’ve been sitting for hours and have separated / melted.

As a local from Seattle, the original Starbucks has been remodeled so often it is just like every other Starbucks in the world. But there is a coffee shop in the same area called Storyville, so much better than Starbucks!! Highly recommend it, they make their own dairy free milks and the bakery items are fantastic!!!

I used to work in a UK Starbucks. Everything is very sugary except the basics - filter coffee, americano, latte, cappuccino, regular teas... But anything with syrups in (which is any flavoured drink) or even worse, Frappuccinos....oooo the sugar. They even put sugar in the cream. I mean I worked there and still love the drinks and food but you gotta treat a lot of those drinks as a dessert. I mean Frappuccino’s are basically drinkable ice cream.

Actually yes “venti” in Italian means 20 and the “grande” has a meaning too, in fact “grande” in Italian means “big”, imagine how crazy it is here in Italy for baristas to understand which size you want😂 if you say “grande” they don’t know if you know Starbucks sizes names and you mean the actual “grande” or if you just want the big one

Before Starbucks acquired Teavana, I used to LOVE going to their store to buy their youthberry tea 🫖 I believe they now sell at stores in a small cup with some tea bags inside. Caffeine free and a fruity taste 😊

Never visited America but my obsession for Starbucks anyone in the world (I’m from the UK) that I have been makes me so excited to try it in the US one day, it just seems so elite there and you have the best and most unique coffee flavours 😭😭

Starbucks seems to have very good food control if it's very similiar in the US and the UK, Props to them, Seeing this sort of thing is very rare.
