Habanero might work better for the Hawaiian sizzler since they have a fruity flavor and you could use less of them and get a higer level of spice, but i'm also pretty sure a exposure to a habanero would kill your average Brit.

The rashers in the UK and Ireland are back bacon traditionally, so they're like Canadian bacon? So you'll know if you cook that to a point where it's stiff, you've gone too far and you're going to have a hard time chewing it lol. We do have streaky bacon like you have though.

Our WingStop is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, unfortunately just poor quality control. Every time I've gone to get food from them it is usually soggy, poorly sauced, and cold even when I'm picking it up.

Not a fan of Wingstop, I only get taco supreme & burrito supreme combo. Since they don't do the 7 layer burrito, enchrito & tostadas - I don't go there very often. Actually I've found Taco Johns (in various regions in the US) have better flavor & will give you a FULL cup of refried beans & cheese ( barely get anything in a cup at Taco Bell) subway is lousy & only if I need a fast sandwich (and I also do my own choices). All of the others are worthless - I make better Mexican & sandwiches at home better!
